Dr. Mingqi Lu

CEO

CEO and Founder, Novabio Therapeutics Limited (Group Companies), graduated from the University of Connecticut, conducted postdoctoral research at the Johns Hopkins and Mount Sinai Medical Schools, and studied under the 2003 Nobel Laureate P. Professor Agre. Dr. Lu has served as clinical executive director, vice president, senior vice president, chief medical officers and other positions in European, American and Chinese pharmaceutical companies such as GALDERMA, ONO PHARMA USA, Helson Group, Shanghai
Henlius, Rongchang Group, and Tasly with 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and rich experience in FDA and CFDA leading INDs and NDAs, leading and presiding over the development of a variety of medications in the United States, overseas markets, Large-scale clinical studies in Chinese mainland and other places, many products have been marketed in countries around the world.

General Manager

An outstanding leader with a combination of research and development, and management experience. Has participated in and led the development of multiple medications, including monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), and stem cells, in research institutes, pharmaceutical companies, and BD-driven companies in Germany and China. Possesses more than 10 years of experience in the entire drug development process, including strategic product planning, technology platform establishment, organizational structure development, and management system construction in the biopharmaceutical industry.

Obtained a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Anhalt University of Applied Sciences in Germany, a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from Magdeburg University of Applied Sciences in Germany, and an on-the-job Ph.D. in Biology from Tongji University in Shanghai.
